Refund Policy

We want you to love your Aurelia Manuka products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Please email us at info@aureliamanuka.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
